evidence in UK judicial or tribunal proceedings, look for an RICS registered
expert.

results list, an address displayed against an individual's entry refers to the primary
business address of the individual (not the locations within which he/she may take
conduct assignments).
Note: RICS does not assess technical surveying knowledge as part of this
scheme's entry process. The competence of an expert witness as an expert witness
is ultimately determined by the client and the relevant judicial body. Using the
scheme and its database is entirely at your own risk and you should exercise due
skill and judgment when choosing and instructing any expert witness, in the light
of your own particular circumstances. Any allegations of breaches of RICS Rules
of Conduct, Regulations and the mandatory RICS practice statement, Surveyors acting
as expert witnesses, may, where appropriate, be considered by RICS' Professional
Regulation and Consumer Protection Department.
