Non-domestic Energy Assessors Workshop

13 January 2010

Non-domestic EPC assessors are a formidable bunch, so it's no surprise that the snow nor even the Edinburgh to Glasgow train service managed to keep them away from the Non-domestic Energy Assessors workshop.  The day covered the recent changes to SBEM, Level 4 services and Quality Assurance issues as well as tackling some of the common issues that can be encountered whilst carrying out EPCs.

If you're a Non-domestic EPC assessor and you missed this course and would be interested in hearing about future workshops, please contact Emma Mathieson.

Single Survey Training Update

Dates: 2-11 February 2010
Locations:  Dundee, Glasgow, Inverness and Edinburgh
Time:  1300-1600
Cost:  £45.00 plus VAT

One year on from the implementation of Home Reports in Scotland, these events have been designed to provide attendees with a clear understanding of the minimum standard they are expected to meet in the production of the single survey aspect of the reports.  The events will look at the practicalities of the single survey and will cover the requirements of the report, as well as exploring some of the issues that have arisen since its implementation.

If you currently undertake Home Reports in Scotland, this is your opportunity to get the very latest advice from members of the RICS Scotland Residential Property Professional Group Board, who are all practising surveyors and were heavily involved in shaping and implementing the single survey element of the home report.
